Shipping & Delivery Information

Processing Time:

All products are shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise stated.
Pre-sale and customized items require an additional 7–14 business days for processing.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping:

• Free standard shipping on orders over $99 USD
• Free express shipping on orders over $230 USD
• Standard shipping (orders under $99 USD): $8.99 USD
• Express shipping (orders under $230 USD): $19.99 USD

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery:

• Our standard shipping carriers are automatically selected from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or OnTrac.
• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can track your parcel.

Delivery Time Calculation:
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Example: If you order a shirt, it requires 1 business day processing + 8–12 business days shipping (standard) = 9–13 business days expected delivery.
Note: Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

Delays & International Shipping:

Delays may occur due to external conditions, especially for international shipping.If your order is affected, please contact us at cs@troynova.com. We will follow up with the carrier promptly.

Order Cancellations:

You can cancel your order before it ships.
Once the parcel is shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Full refunds will be issued for canceled orders before shipment.

Customs & Taxes:

In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes imposed by your government. These charges are your responsibility.
We have no control over local customs authorities. Please contact your local customs office for details.
